Full details of the Vision coverage and benefits can be accessed by logging into the IBEW Local 43 Member Benefit Portal - https://members.ibew43fund.org/ and navigating to the Participant Resources > More and viewing the “EyeMed Microsite - Includes Summary of Benefits”. Please note, to access the Microsite you will need to input the access code available on the Member Benefit Portal.
