  • Option 1: Join the live class for a real-time experience (A Zoom link is sent to the email you signed up with)
  • Option 2: Watch the recorded session if you can’t make it live.

Get Entered to Win:

  • Every week you log in and complete a session, your name is entered into the drawing.
  • The more sessions you complete, the better your chances of winning!
